Arrival

Check in daily from 1pm – 9.45pm only.

On arrival to Grange Farm Campsite, please go to the Campsite Reception before entering past the gates.

If the Campsite Reception is closed, a telephone number will be displayed on the board for you to ring and then a member of the team will come up to meet you, get you booked in and show you to your pitch. Please be patient, we will be as quick as possible and get you to your pitch as soon as we can.

You must check in correctly for security, including booking late stays and visitors. A 24hr contact telephone number will be available while you are on site, along with a gate code.

We are happy for you to arrive on your second day if you are unable to arrive on your booked day and have paid for your pitch, but this will need to be after 1pm when the reception is open and must be pre-arranged in advance.

Visitors

All visitors must be added to your booking at Reception. All visitors must report to reception upon arrival.

Visitor cars must be parked in the allocated visiting areas.

There is a charge per visitor, please see pricing

On occasions when we are at capacity, we cannot accept visitors due to our limited facilities.

Departure

We really hope you enjoyed your stay and look forward to you returning again and again. If you have any feedback, please tell a member of staff before you leave thank you.

All pitches need to be vacated by 11am.

All pitches must be left tidy, rubbish put in the recycling and large items taken home with you.

Arrangements can be made to stay on later (if space allows) (£5 – 4pm / £10 – 7PM).

For anyone needing to depart before 7am for the Harwich Ferry this can be booked in at Reception so please advise a member of staff on arrival.
