Keeping you and us safe

To help you have a great holiday and to keep everyone safe including yourselves and us, please take note of the following safety detail.

In the event of any overnight disturbances or emergencies, please report them to a member of staff as soon as possible.

Contact numbers will be provided and whoever is on call that night will respond.

Speed and Awareness

For everyone’s safety please adhere to the 5mph speed limit. Please lookout for children, dogs, horses and agricultural machinery. Be aware of farm vehicles moving around the site and around the farm. Please walk through the campsite fields to reach the external footpaths rather than through the farm itself. Thank you.

Fire, Campfires and BBQs

Fire assembly points located at all toilet blocks.

If there is a fire please leave your unit and warn others by shouting “fire”. Call the fire brigade on 999, give them the postcode CO16 0HG and make sure you tell a member of the site team.
(Phone numbers will be provided).

We DO NOT allow campfires, fire pits, chimeneas or fire logs.

Charcoal BBQ’s are permitted on bricks which we provide in all fields.

Carbon Monoxide can kill, never use or leave a fuel burning appliance or BBQ in your tent or awning.

Doctors and local Hospital information: For up to date contact numbers please contact the Campsite Office.

We recommend calling 111 and a local appointment should be offered.
